This class begins with appropriate exercises to build strength, balance and flexibility. Dancers will learn ballet technique, center combinations and floor work to develop a strong foundation for any style of dance. This class will incorporate floor work, Acro and traditional techniques to improve skill and ability. We recommend this class for both new and experienced dancers. For 3–5-year-olds
